Simple Spending Tracker

1. Use of the App

SpendingTracker is a personal finance tracking app. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use this app.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Premium Subscription

  • SpendingTracker offers a Premium subscription at $3.99 / month.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into SpendingTracker. We store your data securely using Firebase. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

5. Gmail Integration

If you choose to connect your Gmail account, SpendingTracker will access your emails solely to identify and import card transaction notifications. We do not store your Gmail credentials or share your email data with third parties.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpendingTracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. The app is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpendingTracker and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

1. アプリの使用

SpendingTrackerは個人向け家計管理アプリです。合法的な目的のみに使用することに同意するものとします。13歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。

2. アカウント

アカウントの認証情報の機密性の維持、およびアカウント上で発生するすべての活動はお客様の責任となります。不正使用が発覚した場合は直ちにご連絡ください。

3. プレミアムサブスクリプション

  • 月額$3.99のプレミアムサブスクリプションを提供しています。
  • 購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
  • 現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
  • Apple IDのアカウント設定からサブスクリプションを管理・キャンセルできます。
  • 法律で定められた場合を除き、未使用分の返金は行いません。

4. ユーザーデータ

SpendingTrackerに入力したデータの所有権はお客様に帰属します。データはFirebaseを使用して安全に保存されます。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

5. Gmail連携

Gmailアカウントを連携する場合、カード取引通知の識別とインポートのみを目的としてメールにアクセスします。Gmail認証情報の保存やメールデータの第三者への共有は行いません。

6. 禁止行為

  • アプリのソースコードのリバースエンジニアリングや抽出の試み。
  • アプリを損傷・無効化・機能低下させる可能性のある使用。
  • サービスへの不正アクセスの試み。

7. 保証の免責

SpendingTrackerは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる種類の保証もありません。エラーフリーまたは中断なしの動作を保証するものではありません。本アプリは専門的な財務アドバイスの代替となるものではありません。

8. 責任の制限

法律で許容される最大限の範囲において、SpendingTrackerおよびその開発者は、アプリの使用から生じる間接的・付随的・結果的損害について責任を負いません。

9. 規約の変更

本利用規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後もアプリを継続して使用することで、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。
